Yu Bing Guo has 16 years of experience in intellectual property practice. He previously served as a patent examiner at the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) for seven years, and has professional experience at both leading Chinese law firms and international law firms, combining an examiner’s perspective with patent prosecution and litigation practice.

His practice focuses on cross-border patent filing and patent right acquisition, patent analysis and freedom-to-operate (FTO) risk assessment, patent invalidation, and patent litigation. He has extensive experience in technical fields including mechanical engineering, electronics, vehicle engineering, new energy, and semiconductors, with particular strength in designing patent strategies and risk response solutions based on patent stability and commercial feasibility.
